A verbal report including anwering any questions you may have about the house will be given to you at the site. The inspection report is a computerized
inspection reporting system that is e-mailed with photographs of major defects of the home within 24 hours to the client and their agent. This report clearly rates all inspected components and the structural soundness of the house in an an easy to comprehend format. So you don’t have to wait and wonder about the condition of the house you will be buying.

What is a home inspection

The inspection is a reasonable effort to disclose the condition existing the day of the inspection, a look at your home with an experienced eye.

Who is an Inspector and What does He Do?

Home inspectors are generalist with broad knowledge on many topics. They cannot see every facet of your house because approximately three-quarters of its components are concealed or out of sight. A home inspector does a visual inspection and reports the major deficiencies and items affecting the habitability of the property.

What Properties Should be Inspected?

Any house should be inspected regardless of age. Problems are found in new construction as well as existing houses.

Is A Home Inspection an Insurance Policy or Warranty Against Future Repair?

NO! Purchasing a home brings risk. An inspection can not eliminate that risk. The home inspection will never be able to predict every repair or maintenance item encountered while owning a house. An inspection does not constitute an insurance policy. It gives you an impression of the condition of the house and discloses immediate major repairs. Brochure Cape Atlantic
